Garlic & Thyme Chicken Thighs

w/ savory Basmati Rice
Woooooah. This recipe is full of flavor.
One of the easiest dinner meals I've made yet. Throw all the ingredients in a cast iron skillet, turn the oven on, and let the chicken cook in the oven and -- voila! Done.
Ingredients:
8 chicken legs
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tbsp chicken bouillon paste (I use the one from Costco. Cheap, amazing quality, best flavor) -- you can use chicken bouillon cube if you have that on hand
2 tablespoons thyme seasoning
1/2 tbsp pepper
1/2 tbsp salt
3 cloves of garlic
1 cup of water
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp butter (I use Kerrigold)
4 springs of Thyme Leaves
1/4 cup of white wine
1 1/2 cup basmati rice
2 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon oil
1 clove of garlic (chopped)
